Secondly, fill it out according the latest prices above, if you are not sure about the prices please contact our sales office at sales@peachblossomriverhotel.com
Finally, fax or email the form back to us along with credit card copies(front & back sides) to make a successfuly reservation. A step by step example is listed below:
(Note: Your credit card will NOT be charged, its for guarantee/authorization purpose in case of no-show. Room fee for the booking will be paid at our reception in person by cash or cards.*Bookings without card copies will NOT be accepted*)
Requirements for hotel reservation
1. With regard to all confirmed reservations, the hotel will not guarantee the rooms unless it has received the guarantee deposits at the specified dates or the reservations have met with the guarantee terms confirmed by the hotel.
2. During the check-in time, the customers should register their names, dates of check-in and room types which should meet with the information of the reservation. The hotel will not be responsible for any mistakes thus occur.
3. The hotel charge is calculated by one room per night and the room is suitable for one or two persons to live in.
4. The check-in time will be 14:00 hours in the afternoon and the check-out time will be no later than 12:00 hours at noon.
5. No extra charges will happen to children below the age of 12 who live with their parents.
